Calculation of Reflection and Transmission Coefficients of Wire Grid

The server of this calculation has not been working from the mid of December 2016 to 22 February 2017. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Now the server resumed. Thank you.

For more details about the calculation method, please refer to Section 2 through Section 4 of "Transmission and Reflection Characteristics of Slightly Irregular Wire-Grids for Arbitrary Angles of Incidence and Grid Rotation," IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, vol. 53, no. 1, pp. 250-259, January, 2005.

Wire diameter d [μm]
Wire separation g [μm]
Angle of incidence χ [degree]
Grid rotation angle φg [degree]
Resistivity of the Wire [Ωm] (5.5e-8 for Tungsten) [Resistivity should be larger than 0.]

Parameters for Numerical Integration a and N:

a and N are parameters determining the range and the number of divison of numerical integration. The larger the values of a and N, the more accurate the calculation results are, at the cost of long calculation time.
For calculations of wire-grid with d = 10 μm and g = 25 μm for frequency range between 300 GHz and 1000 GHz, the values a=800 and N=3000 are sufficient. Optimum values could be determined by trial and errors by changing these parameters.
